Our Team

At Stepping Stones Early Learning Centre, our team is at the heart of everything we do. We have dedicated and licensed educators who bring warmth, experience, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting children as they learn and grow. We believe strong relationships are the foundation of meaningful early learning, which is why our educators take the time to know each child as an individual while building trusted partnerships with families. Together, we create welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environments where children feel safe to explore, develop confidence, build friendships, and discover the joy of learning every day.

Rupi

Rupi was born and raised in Kelowna, BC, and knew from a young age that she wanted to build a career working with children. Driven by her passion for early learning, she completed her Early Childhood Education in 2012 and has since spent more than a decade contributing to the development and operation of childcare programs in the community. As a mother of two young children, Rupi understands firsthand the importance of providing families with a nurturing, dependable, and high-quality childcare experience alongside a strong foundation in early education. Her passion for children and commitment to creating meaningful learning environments continue to play an important role in the vision and growth of Stepping Stones Early Learning.
